1. PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
Your data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) provision of the services requested (for example: requesting information, registering for a course, registering for a certification exam, obtaining estimates).
b) Sending information by e-mail, by mail or SMS.
c) Anonymous and non-identifying management of user data for exclusive internal statistical purposes.
2. PROCESSING METHODS
The data may be processed both by the data controller and by the person in charge under the direct authority of the former, solely and exclusively for the achievement of the purposes referred to in point 1.
With particular reference to the statistical management of data pursuant to art. 1, letter c), it is specified that it involves the use of personal data, but transformed into anonymous.
The data are processed with manual and electronic tools. The processing of personal data (eg collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and distribution of data) occurs both manually and electronically and such data are kept both in a paper archive and in the electronic database for this purpose in order to fulfill the obligations and the purposes indicated above.
The data contained in the aforesaid automated information system are processed using appropriate security measures pursuant to art. 25 of the Privacy Code, so as to reduce to a minimum the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access or processing that does not comply with the purposes of the collection. The data will also be kept in the archives of the owner for the time necessary for the purposes indicated above, as well as to fulfill the legal obligations imposed for the same.
The data processed must be strictly related, complete and not excessive in relation to the purposes pursued.
3. DATA CONFERMENT AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL
For the achievement of the purposes referred to in paragraph 1., letters a), b) and c) the provision of data is essential to be able to use the services and products requested.
4. COMMUNICATION AND DIFFUSION OF DATA
Your personal data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties either in Italy or abroad except for the purposes referred to in point 1.
The personal data provided will not be subject to any profiling activity for direct marketing purposes.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
At any time, you may exercise, pursuant to articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, the right to:

b) Obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period.
c) Obtain the correction and deletion of data.
d) Obtaining the limitation of treatment.
