Our staff constantly monitor the accommodation carefully to ensure that the expected level of quality is maintained.
Single or double rooms are available with shared bathroom. We can also offer “executive” type rooms which are larger and have a private bathroom.
The rooms for students are comfortable, making even a long stay a pleasant experience.
All accommodation within easy reach of the school on foot or by bicycle in just a few minutes.
Air conditioning supplement (when available): 25€ / 30€ per week, to be paid directly to the landlord.
For those desiring greater independence, we can offer flats, B&B and hotels (price upon request).
You can choose from one of the following possibilities:
– Living with an Italian host family means experimenting first-hand the Italian life style. Means also a certain grade of commitment from both parts; it is indispensable to be respectful and use your common sense at your best. – It is possible to choose between only breakfast or half board. Half board includes 4 dinners per week (so the students can travel in the week-end and take part in the social dinners organized by the school). Additional night: € 38,00 (F/1) – € 35,00 (F/2). – The household can also be a one-person family. – Double rooms are available only for students enrolling together and only upon specific request.
Executive rooms are larger and more comfortable with private bathroom. – Living with an Italian host family means experimenting first-hand the Italian life style. Means also a certain grade of commitment from both parts; it is indispensable to be respectful and use your common sense at your best. – It is possible to choose between only breakfast or half board. – Living in apartments means complete autonomy but sharing accommodation with other students from the school, or Italian people or proprietors requires also take on responsibility for the rooms in common use, generally bathrooms and kitchen, and a good grade of tolerance. Additional night: € 38 (A/1) – € 35 (A/2). – Double rooms are available only for students enrolling together and only upon specific request.
– Indipendents apartments for 2 people are available only for students enrolling together and only upon specific request. Additional night: € 50 (S/A1) – € 40 (S/A2).
Several options at the many facilities in the area, all located near the beach, about 40 minutes from the school by bus. Housing reservations run from the Sunday afternoon before the beginning of the course to the Saturday morning after the end of the course. If you would like to come earlier and/or leave later, please contact our booking office. We will find the best solution for you. You have to contact the host family or the landlord one week prior your arrival to communicate date, time and arrange for pick up and/or keys ROOM IN HOSTFAMILY
